The 2018 California State Board of Equalization elections will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. The primary election is scheduled for June 5, 2018. All four seats on the State Board of Equalization will be contested.
The board's members serve four-year terms and are limited to serving two terms.
A nonpartisan blanket primary will be used for the election, starting with the primary in June. The top-two primary finishers in each district, regardless of party, advance to the general election in November.
