The 2018 Vermont House of Representatives elections are taking place as part of the biennial United States elections. Vermont voters will elect state representatives in all 150 seats. State representatives serve two-year terms in the Vermont House of Representatives. A primary election on August 14, 2018 determined which candidates appear on the November 6 general election ballot.
Following the 2016 State House elections, Democrats maintained effective control of the House with a 97 member caucus (83 Democrats, 7 Independents, and 7 Progressives). To claim control of the chamber from Democrats, the Republicans would need to net 23 State House seats.
Summary of Results by State House District
