Histone acetyltransferase MYST4 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MYST4 gene.[3][4][5]

Interactions

MYST4 has been shown to interact with RUNX2.[6]

Young Simpson syndrome

It has been demonstrated that de novo mutations in the gene MYST4 causes the Young Simpson syndrome and genitopatellar syndrome.[7][8][9][10]
