Coloe Fossae

Coloe Fossae is a set of troughs in the Ismenius Lacus quadrangle of Mars and in the northernmost of Terra Sabaea. It is centered at 36.5 degrees north latitude and 302.9 west longitude. It is 590 km long and was named after a classical albedo feature name.[1]

The feature starts near the eastern end of Protonilus Mensae northeast of Rudaux crater, a few valleys overlays with the trough including Anio Valles, Clasia and Hypsas Valles and Clanis Valles. The trough ends just very close to Auqakuh Vallis in the Casius quadrangle. Nearby geo features includes Colles Nili to the east and Nilosyrtis Mensae further east.
