KLF17

Model organisms

Model organisms have been used in the study of KLF17 function. A conditional knockout mouse line called Klf17tm1b(KOMP)Wtsi was generated at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute.[6] Male and female animals underwent a standardized phenotypic screen[7] to determine the effects of deletion.[8][9][10][11] Additional screens performed: - In-depth immunological phenotyping[12]
