Charu Market police station, located at 28, Deshpran Sashmal Road, Kolkata-700033, has jurisdiction over the police district which is bordered on the north from the south-east corner of the junction of Budge Budge Railway line and Tolly's Nala, thence eastward by the southern limits of Budge Budge Railway line up to Deshpran Shasmal Road thence crossing Deshpran Shasmal Road, again by the southern limit of Budge Budge Railway line up to the south-east corner of the junction of Budge Budge railway line and Dr. Deodhar Rahman Road.[1]
It is bordered on the east from the south-east corner of the junction of Budge Budge Railway line and Dr. Deodhar Rahman Road, thence southward by the eastern limits of Dr. Deodhar Rahman Road to the north-east corner of the junction of Dr. Deodhar Rahman Road and Prince Anwar Shah Road, thence up to the point on the southern limit of Prince Anwar Shah Road opposite to the junction of Dr. Deodhar Rahman Road and Prince Anwar Shah Road.[1]
It is bordered on the south from the south-east corner of the junction of Prince Anwar Shah Road and Dr. Deodhar Rahman Road, thence westwards by the southern limit of Prince Anwar Shah Road up to the point where it meets the eastern boundary of Deshpran Shasmal Road, thence southwards along the eastern limits of Deshpran Shasmal Roadup to the point nearest to the north-east point of Tollygunge Race Course, thence westwards along the southern limit of the road, situated to the northern boundary of Tollygunge Race Course, up to the eastern limit of Tolly's Nala.[1]
It is bordered on the west from the point where the eastern limit of Tolly's Nala meets the southern limit of the road, situated at north side of Tallygunge Race Course, thence northwards along eastern boundary of the Tolly's Nala up to the point where it meets the southern limit of the Eastern Railway (Budge Budge) line.[1]
