Devsar (or Divasar) is a town and aTehsil Headquarter notified area committee in Kulgam district of the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir. It is one of the seven administrative blocks of the Kulgam district. It is also the headquarter of 9th battalion of rashtriya rifles(RAJPUTANA RIFLES).
