Holders of passports of the following 103 jurisdictions do not require a visa to visit Botswana for up to 90 days (within a 12-month period):[1][2][3]

All visitors must hold a passport valid for 6 months.

Visa exemption agreement for diplomatic and service category passports was signed with  China on 31 August 2018[4] and it is to be ratified.
