Estradiol dienantate, or estradiol 3,17-dihepanoate, is a steroidal estrogen.[1] It is an estrogen ester, specifically, and an ester of estradiol.[1] The drug is a component of Climacteron, an injectable combination formulation of testosterone enantate benzilic acid hydrazone, estradiol dienantate, and estradiol benzoate that is used in the treatment of menopausal symptoms in women.[2][3][4]
