Antero Junction, Colorado

Antero Junction is a ghost town in Park County, Colorado. The elevation of Antero Junction is at 9,186 feet. Antero Junction is along U.S. Highway 285 and U.S. Highway 24.[1]

The community takes its name from Mount Antero.[2]

Most of the property in Antero Junction was purchased in 2012 and is being redeveloped as a commercial space with a recreational marijuana dispensary and eco-friendly geothermal grow operations leaving the existing residential property mostly unchanged.[3]
