The Mayur Vihar-I Metro Station is located on the Blue Line of the Delhi Metro.[1] The station is walking distance from Pocket I and IV. Cycle-rickshaws and mini-buses are available for Pocket II, Tirlok Puri and Kalyan Puri.The station's design is elevated so one can view the skyline of Commonwealth Sports village and flood plain of river Yumana

It will serve as an interchange station with the Pink Line scheduled to open in June 2018.
