Greater Nashik Metro

The Greater Nashik Metro is a proposed rapid transit system in the Indian city of Nashik. The system is proposed to reduce traffic congestion as well as provide direct connectivity to Nashik from its neighbourhood. The Greater Nashik Metro will connect suburbs like Deolali, Nashik Road, Upnagar, Nashik Airport, Sinnar and Igatpuri, Gangapur road

This project is implemented & operated by Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MAHA-METRO).

Maharashtra CM in an interview stated that feasibility report will be created soon. Greater Nashik Metro will be implemented by MahaMetro and funded by CIDCO.(2018)
