Tomas Claudio Street, also called Tomas Claudio Boulevard and Paco–Santa Mesa Road, is a thoroughfare in Manila, Philippines, that passes through the district of Pandacan. It connects Valenzuela Street in Santa Mesa to the north and Quirino Avenue (C-2) in Paco to the south. It crosses the Pasig River via Pandacan Bridge (or Padre Zamora Bridge).[1] It was constructed in the late 1920s, under the United States' Insular Government, and is named after the Filipino World War I hero, Tomas Mateo Claudio.[2]

A major landmark along the road is the Pandacan railway station of the Philippine National Railways (PNR).
