Dakshin Chatra is a census town under Baduria (community development block) (Sub District) in Basirhat subdivision in North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal.
Demographics
As of 2011 India census, Dakshin Chatra had a population of 7,275; of this, 3,697 are male, 3,578 female.[1] It has an average literacy rate of 80.12%, higher than the national average of 74.04%.
