Baghar e baingan (Urdu: بگھارے بیگن ) is a popular Indian cuisine eggplant/brinjal curry of Hyderabad, India.[1] It is also used as a side dish with the Hyderabadi biryani.
History
Bhagar e baingan was introduced during Mughal Empire from Taskent, then became popular in Hyderabad.
