Dr. Xavier Jayakumar s/o Arulanandam (Tamil: சேவியர் ஜயகுமார், translit. Cēviyar jayakumār) is a Malaysian politician from the People's Justice Party (PKR) currently serving as the current Minister of Water, Land and Natural Resources of Malaysia. He was sworn in on 2 July 2018 in the presence of His Majesty the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.[1]
