Kota Bharu is a federal constituency in Kelantan, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 1974.
The federal constituency was created in the 1974 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.
History
2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Kok Pasir, Wakaf Mek Zainab, Tanjong Chat, Sungai Keladi, Khatib Ali, Tanjong Mas, Cherang, Kampung Bayam, Langgar, Paya Bemban, Kubang Pasu, Kelochor, Kebun Sultan, Merbau, Atas Banggol, Jalan Pejabat Pos Lama, Bandar, Padang Garong, Islah Lama, Kampung Dusun, Kubor Kuda, Kota Lama, Kg Sireh Bawah Lembah, Wakaf Siku, Jalan Raja Dewa, Telipot, Kampung Belukar, Bunut Payong Hilir, Pintu Geng, Kota Utara, Lundang, Bunut Payong, Kampung Wakaf Che Yeh.
