Parit Buntar is a federal constituency in Perak, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 1974.
The federal constituency was created in the 1974 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.
History
2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Sungai Megat Aris, Sungai Kota, Kedai Empat, Sungai Star, Kampong Perak, Tebok Haji Musa, Kampong Kedah, Parit Buntar, Jalan Kedah, Taman Kerian, Parit Tok Ngah, Titi Serong, Sungai Labu, Parit Sungai Betul, Parit Haji Wahab, Parit Haji Ali, Seri Tenggara, Tanjong Piandang, Parit Sungai Burong, Parit Haji Abd. Rahman, Parit Telok Pial, Parit Tok Hin, Sungai Baharu, Batu 14, Jalan Bawah, Parit Abas, Siakap Road, Simpang Tiga, Kuala Kurau, Coast Road, Piandang Indah, Kurau Indah.
