Cameron Highlands is a federal constituency in Pahang, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 2004.

The federal constituency was created in the 2003 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.

2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Ladang Sungai Palas, Kampung Raja, Ladang Blue Valley, Pos Terisu, Kuala Terla, Teringkap, Pos Telanuk, Kea Farm, Ladang Boh 2, Berinchang, Tanah Rata, Habu, Bandar Ringlet, Ladang Boh 1, Lembah Bertam, Pos Mensun, Pos Lemoi, Pos Lanai, Pos Lenjang, Pos Titum, Pos Sinderut, Pos Betau, Kuala Medang, FELDA Sungai Koyan Dua & Tiga, FELDA Sungai Koyan Satu, Lubuk Kulit, Kampung Keledek, Tanjung Gahai, Bukit Kota.

2016–present:[1] The constituency contains the polling districts of Pos Terisu, Pos Telanuk, Pos Lemoi, Pos Mensun, Lembah Bertam, Bandar Ringlet, Habu, Ladang Boh 1, Ladang Boh 2, Kea Farm, Tanah Rata, Berinchang, Ladang Sungai Palas, Ladang Blue Valley, Kampung Raja, Kuala Terla, Teringkap, Pos Lanai, Kuala Medang, Tanjung Gahai, Bukit Kota, Kampung Keledek, Lubuk Kulit, FELDA Sungai Koyan Satu, FELDA Sungai Koyan Dua & Tiga, Pos Betau, Pos Sinderut, Pos Lenjang, Pos Titum.
