Datuk Wira Dr. Mohamed Farid bin Md Rafik (Jawi: محمد فريد بن مد رافيق) is a Malaysian politician. He is the Member of Parliament of Malaysia for the Tanjong Piai constituency in the State of Johor from 2018.[1] Dr. Farid is a member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party or Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (BERSATU), a component of Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition. In July 2018 he was appointed as Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department for National Unity and Social Wellbeing.[2] He has trained as an anaesthesiologist.[3]
