The Toutunhe District (simplified Chinese: 头屯河区; traditional Chinese: 頭屯河區; pinyin: Tóutúnhé Qū; Uyghur: تۇدۇڭخابا رايونى, Тудуңхаба Райони, ULY: Tudungxaba Rayoni, UYY: Tudunghaba Rayoni? ) is a district of Ürümqi, the capital of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and is located to the northwest of Ürümqi's urban core. It contains an area of 276 km2 (107 sq mi). According to the 2002 census, it has a population of 130,000.
