Saint-Hilaire-de-Loulay is a commune in the Vendée department in the Pays de la Loire region in western France.
Wine
The Château de La Preuille is in Saint-Hilaire-de-Loulay. It produces Muscadet Sur Lie which won a prize, "Grand Vin Du Val De Loire", in 1995.
Restaurant Naming
Saint-Hilaire-de-Loulay is the home town of Thierry Rautureau[1]. His restaurant "Loulay" is named to reflect his home town.
