Dato' Sri Dr. Haji Ismail bin Abdul Muttalib (Jawi: اسماعيل بن عبدالموتطالب; born 1 December 1954) is a Malaysian politician and the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the Maran constituency in Pahang. He is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) party in the governing Barisan Nasional coalition.[1]

Ismail was elected to Parliament in the 2004 election and was re-elected in 2008 and 2013.[2] After the 2013 election he was appointed as Deputy Minister for Human Resources.[3]
