Governor Pack Road is a major road in Baguio in the Philippines, named for the American William F. Pack, who was appointed Military Governor of Benguet on November 15, 1901 and served as the civilian Governor of Mountain Province from 1909 to 1915.[1][2]

Route description

The road connects from a roundabout of Aspiras-Palispis Highway (formerly Marcos Highway) and Kennon Road to Session Road in the city's downtown core. The Victory Liner Old Baguio Terminal, Genesis Transport Bus Terminal, Baguio City National High School,Baguio Tourism Complex and the University of the Cordilleras are located along the road.

Route numbers

Under the implementation of the new route numbering system by the Department of Public Works and Highways in 2014, it is one of the components of National Route 54 (N54) of the Philippine highway network, which includes Kennon Road, Harrison Road and Naguilian Road. Beyond after the Harrison Road junction up to Session Road, the road is an unnumbered route and it is identified as a tertiary national road.
