Cardoso Moreira (Portuguese pronunciation: [kɐʁˈdozu moˈɾe(j)ɾɐ]) is a municipality located in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro. Its population was 12,465 (2005) and its area is 515 km².[1]
Sports
Cardoso Moreira Futebol Clube, the city's football club, will compete for the first time in the state championship first level in 2008.[2]
