The Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT) (Urdu: خواجہ فرید یونیورسٹی آف انجینیئرنگ اینڈ انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی) is a public university located in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. It was established in 2014 on the initiative of Chief Minister Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. It is named after the famous Sufi poet Khwaja Ghulam Fareed. He is considered one of the most famous 19th century Sufi poets, scholars and writers.

Initially the university started its administrative operations and academic activities mainly in the premises of Government College of Technology, Rahim Yar Khan. It moved to its own campus in January 2016. KFUEIT now stretches over a campus of 275 acres located on Abu Dhabi Road (5 km from Dari Sangi, near Aman garh).

The university has currently around 2400 students, with over 170 teaching staff, most of whom have PhDs.
