Insurance Committee (Georgia House)

The House Insurance Committee is a 28 member legislative body consisting of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, and 25 members. The Committee operates under a House mandate to evaluate legislation involving all aspects of Insurance and the Insurance Industry.[1]

Scope and jurisdiction

The House Insurance Committee is responsible for legislation that deals with all aspects of Insurance and the state's Insurance Industry.[1]
