Petrophile scabriuscula is a shrub endemic to Western Australia.[1]

The erect, bushy and prickly shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 1.2 metres (1.0 to 3.9 ft). It blooms between July and October producing yellow-cream flowers.

It is found on sand plains along the west coast in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia where it grows in sandy-gravelly soils.[1]
