Parliamentary Secretaries of the 15th Dáil
On 2 June 1954, the members of the 15th Dáil met for the first time. John A. Costello was appointed as Taoiseach by the president on the nomination of the Dáil. He proposed the members of the 7th Government of Ireland, a coalition government of Fine Gael, the Labour Party and Clann na Talmhan, and they were approved by Dáil Éireann for appointment by the president. On 3 June, Costello appointed the Parliamentary Secretaries.[1]
