Parliamentary Secretaries of the 13th Dáil

On 18 February 1948, the members of the 13th Dáil met for the first time. John A. Costello was appointed as Taoiseach by the president on the nomination of the Dáil. He proposed the members of the 5th Government of Ireland, a coalition government of Fine Gael, Clann na Poblachta, the Labour Party, Clann na Talmhan and the National Labour Party, and they were approved by Dáil Éireann for appointment by the president. On 24 February 1948, Costello appointed the Parliamentary Secretaries.[1]
