Luanzhou (simplified Chinese: 滦州市; traditional Chinese: 灤州市; pinyin: Luánzhōu), formerly Luan County (Chinese: 滦县), is a county-level city in the east of Hebei province, China. It is under the administration of the Tangshan city.
