The 1990 Cork Senior Hurling Championship was the 102nd staging of the Cork Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1887. The championship ended on 1 October 1989.

Glen Rovers entered the championship as the defending champions.

On 21 October 1990, Na Piarsaigh won the championship following a 2-7 to 1-8 defeat of St. Finbarr's in a replay of the final. This was their first championship title.[1]
