The 1941 Cork Senior Hurling Championship was the 53rd staging of the Cork Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1887. The championship ended on 12 October 1941.
Glen Rovers were the defending champions.
On 12 October 1941, Glen Rovers won the championship following a 4-7 to 2-2 defeat of Ballincollig in the final. This was their eighth championship title overall and a remarkable eighth title in succession.[1]
