The 1931 Cork Senior Hurling Championship was the 43rd staging of the Cork Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1887.
Blackrock were the defending champions.
Blackrock won the championship following a 2-4 to 0-3 defeat of Éire Óg in the final.[1] This was their 21st championship title overall and their third successive title.
