The 1919 Cork Senior Hurling Championship was the 32nd staging of the Cork Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1887.
Carrigtwohill were the defending champions.
St. Finbarr’s won the championship following a 5-3 to 4-1 defeat of Blackrock in the final.[1] This was their fifth championship title overall and their first title in 13 championship seasons.
