The 1951 Cork Senior Hurling Championship was the 62nd staging of the Cork Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1887.
Glen Rovers were the defending champions.
On 7 October 1951, Sarsfields won the championship following a 5-8 to 3-7 defeat of Glen Rovers in the final. This was their first championship title ever.[1]
