The 1943 Cork Senior Hurling Championship was the 55th staging of the Cork Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1887.
St. Finbarr's were the defending champions.
On 10 October 1943, St. Finbarr's won the championship following a 7-9 to 1-1 defeat of Ballincollig in a replay of the final. This was their 12th championship title overall and their second title in succession.[1]
