Tot 2018 deelde AFC Wimbledon het stadion met de amateurclub Kingstonian FC. Wimbledon verkocht echter het stadion aan Chelsea FC die het stadion wil gaan gebruiken voor hun amateurteams en vrouwenteam. Chelsea was niet bereid om Kingstonian nog langer op Kingsmeadow te laten spelen. AFC Wimbledon is bezig een nieuw stadion te bouwen en zal binnenkort Kingsmeadow gaan verlaten.
