Walsall FC

Walsall is een voetbalclub uit de Engelse stad Walsall. Walsall werd opgericht in 1888, na een fusie van de tot dan toe rivaliderende clubs Walsall Town (opgericht in 1877) en Walsall Swifts (opgericht in 1879). Walsall werkt zijn wedstrijden af in het Bescot Stadium, dat 9500 toeschouwers aankan. De bijnaam van Walsall is 'The saddlers'.

Walsall werd in 1892 toegelaten tot de Football League als een van de oprichters van de toenmalige tweede divisie. In het seizoen 2005/06 degradeerde de club naar de Football League Two, maar promoveerde ze daar één seizoen later weer uit. Na het seizoen 2018/19 degradeerde Walsall opnieuw naar de Football League Two. Walsall heeft de meeste seizoenen in de Football Leagues op het 3e niveau gespeeld. Tijdens de eerste 89 seizoenen van de competitie kwam Walsall daar 71 keer in uit.
