List of countries by garlic production

This is a list of countries by garlic production in 2016, based on data from the Food and Agriculture Organization Corporate Statistical Database.[1] The total world production for garlic in 2016 was 26,573,001 metric tonnes. China was by far the largest producer, accounting for nearly 80% of world production at 21,197,131 tonnes.
