Xinyi District or Sinyi District (Chinese: 信義區; pinyin: Xìnyì Qū) is a district of the city of Keelung, Taiwan.

Renshou, Renyi, Yizhao, Yixing, Yimin, Yihe, Zhihui, Zhicheng, Liyi, Litung, Xinlu, Tungxin, Tungguang, Tungming, Tungan, Xiaoxian, Xiaozhong, Xiaode, Xiaoshen and Xiaogang Village.[1]
