Justice Select Committee
The Justice Select Committee of the United Kingdom is a select committee of the House of Commons which scrutinizes the policy, administration, and spending of the Ministry of Justice. In addition, the committee examines the work of the Law Officers of the Crown, the Serious Fraud Office, and the Crown Prosecution Service. The committee also reviews draft Sentencing Guidelines issued by the Sentencing Guidelines Council.[1]
Membership
In June 2015, Robert Neill was announced to be the Committee's Chair.[2] On 12 July 2017 he, being the soul nomination, was elected as Chair of the Justice Committee for the 2017 Parliament.[3] The following members serve as of November 2016:[4] Neill was re-elected as Chair in July 2017 and the rest of the members in September 2017.[5]

Changes
