Heraltice is a market town (městys) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The town covers an area of 7.01 square kilometres (2.71 sq mi), and has a population of 363 (as at 2005).

Heraltice lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) west of Třebíč, 22 km (14 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 134 km (83 mi) south-east of Prague.
