Guadalupe is a town located on the northern coast of São Tomé Island, which is part of the island nation of São Tomé and Príncipe. It is the seat of Lobata District as well as a subdistrict covering the west and northwest of Lobata. Its population is 1,081 (2008 est.).[1] Guadalupe is connected with the National Route 1 (EN1) linking the capital and Neves.
