Cruzeiro is a village located on São Tomé Island in the middle of Mé-Zóchi District, which is part of the island nation of São Tomé and Príncipe. Its population is 1,351 (2008 est.),.[1] As the district population reached over 45,000 and not far from the capital, Cruzeiro will become a part of the São Tomé City Metro Area. Cruzeiro are connected with the road connecting the EN3 in Trindade and the road to Caixão Grande.
Nearby places include Trindade in the north, Folha Fede in the south east and Milagrosa in the southwest.
