List of NCAA Division II men's soccer programs
This is a list of the schools in Division II of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in the United States and Canada that have men's soccer as a varsity sport. In the 2020 season, there will be a total of 206 men's Division II soccer programs.

- Alderson Broaddus — Moves from Great Midwest Athletic Conference in July 2020.
- D'Youville, Frostburg State, Staten Island, UT Tyler — Transitioning from D-III.
- Fort Hays State, Newman, Northeastern State, Rogers State — GAC affiliate members / Primary: Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association.
- Limestone College through the 2019–20 school year.
- Limestone — Moves from South Atlantic Conference in July 2020.
- Shaw — Independent / Primary: Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association.
- Spring Hill — GSC affiliate member / Primary: Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
- Staten Island — Played as an independent in 2019.
- Upper Iowa — GLIAC affiliate member / Primary: Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.
