Zelbio (Comasco: Gèlbi [ˈdʒɛlbi]) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Como in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) north of Milan and about 12 kilometres (7 mi) northeast of Como. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 206 and an area of 4.7 square kilometres (1.8 sq mi).[1]
Zelbio borders the following municipalities: Bellagio, Lezzeno, Nesso, Sormano, Veleso.
