Stuffed tomatoes (Azerbaijani: Pomidor dolması) (Turkish: Domates dolması) [1] are made of tomatoes stuffed with meat (lamb) and rice. The ingredients are ground meat, rice, onion, parsley, olive oil, mint, black pepper, and salt.
