List of Hewitts in Ireland

Mweelrea, County Mayo

Hewitts are mountains in England, Wales and Ireland that are at least 2,000 feet (610 m) high with a relative height of at least 30 m (98 ft). The original list, covering only England and Wales, was compiled by Alan Dawson and published in The Relative Hills of Britain[1] under the name Sweats. The list was subsequently renamed Hewitts to include Ireland, updated, and published in a series of three booklets edited by Dave Hewitt: The Hewitts and Marilyns of Wales,[2], The Hewitts and Marilyns of England[3], and The Hewitts and Marilyns of Ireland.[4]

This list concerns the 211 Hewitts in the Republic of Ireland.
