Komárov is a village and municipality (obec) in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8.6 square kilometres (3.3 sq mi), and has a population of 120 (as at 28 August 2006).
Komárov lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south of Tábor, 33 km (21 mi) north of České Budějovice, and 94 km (58 mi) south of Prague.
